I'm truly baffled at how the fanon idea of Snape as socially awkward came to be. The man is smooth. Smoothest man in the series really. He talked his way back into a terrorist group. The chapter Spinner's End is basically him absolutely playing Bellatrix. He can easily command attention and intimidate people. I think it comes from people associating being bullied at school = socially awkward, but this trope isn't necessarily true (though yes, I assume they're correlated). It certainly isn't in Snape's case.

This has been in my box for awhile and I’m sorry for not addressing it earlier. I haven’t been very active on tumblr.
I had to take a long break from writing, which had also impacted writing with @anonhpwriter.
But I am feeling much better and will be returning to writing. My writing style may have changed from the time but hopefully for the better!
